THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NAKURU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN KAHURA NJOROGE ' PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 300 OF 2005 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Nyairoko, on 27th August, 2002. has been tiled in this registry by Russia Gathoni Kahura. in her capacity as widow of the deceased. And' further 'take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are inyited and must be Iodged in this'registry within tpirty (30) days of publication of tllis notice.
