TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 136 OF 2020 By (1) Benson Githua Muturi and (2) Mbugua Muturi, both of P.O. Box 80, Kagwe in Kenya, the deceased's sons for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muturi Githua, who died at Kijabe Medical Centre, on 26th October, 1996. CAUSE No. 152 OF 2020 By Martha Njoki Kamau, of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gitau Kariuki, who died at Parklands, on 3rd February, 2016. CAUSE No. 164 OF 2020 By (1) James Mungai Njuguna and (2) David Gacheru Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 33-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njuguna Kiguku, who died at Mutuguta, Githunguri, on 25th August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
