TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 124 "B" OF 2019 By Andere Nyawira Wachira, of P.O. Box 983, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esau Wachira Kabora, who died at Munungaini Sub-location, on 20th January, 2013. CAUSE No. 27 OF 2020 By Peter Gathura Gatheru, of P.O. Box 30-10108, Giakanja in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatheru Gathura alias Bethuel Gatheru Gathura, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 18th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
