TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 553 OF 2019 By Naomi Njeri Wanjiku, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Njau, who died at Murera, on 17th April, 2014. CAUSE No.554 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Njuguna Kamau and (2) Francis Kihara Kamau, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kamau Thuo alias Thuo James Kama alias Kamau Thuo, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
