No. KCM 152F, Toyota S/Wagon, and whereas the same is still outstanding and accruing, notice is issued to NMK Capital Investments Limited and the owner of our intent to dispose the motor vehicle herein. Take notice that unless all the outstanding storage and parking charges, and penalties are paid within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, we shall proceed to dispose the motor vehicle reg. No. KCM 152F, under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act
