NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 19th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1857, in Volume D1, Folio 293/2760, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Farida Kishagha Mshimba, of P.O. Box 44769–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Pauline Kishagha Mshimba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pauline Kishagha Mshimba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Farida Kishagha Mshimba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Farida Kishagha Mshimba only.
