NOTICE is issued pursuant to sections 6 and 7 the provisions or the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBX 170T, Hino 500 and motor vehicle toyota shark, TRH122-001340 (Chassis No.), to collect the abandoned vehicles which are at Datoy Investments yard in Nairobi, upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with cost of publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any father reference to the owner.
