NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd October, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 843 in Volume DI, Folio 240/3668, File No. MMX, by our client, Eddy Odhiambo Ouma Gana, of P.O. 788–00242, Kitengela in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Edwin Odhiambo Ouma, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Edwin Odhiambo Ouma, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eddy Odhiambo Ouma Gana, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eddy Odhiambo Ouma Gana only.
