the sum specified in the schedule in respect of agency fee from the basic wages of its employees (Grades 5–14) who are covered by the terms and conditions of the concluded Collective Bargaining Agreement RCA No. 202 of 2009 effective from 1st July, 2007 but who are not members of the Universities Non-Teaching Staff Union (UNTESU). (ii) to pay within ten (10) days of the deduction, the total sums under the schedule by crossed cheque made payable to the Universities Non-Teaching Staff Union (UTESU) into that Union‘s account No. 0110084938800 at Co-operative Bank of Kenya, University Way Branch, Nairobi. (iii) to notify that trade union in writing and within one (1) month of the payment with the full schedule of the paying members. (iv) to make returns to the Registrar of Trade Unions within one (1) month of making all the payments to to the trade union.
