REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wamuhu Ngubio (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiambu/Municipality Block 5(Kiamumbi)/648, containing 0.0980 acres or thereabout, situate in the Kiambu District, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 3019 of 2004, has issued grant of letters to Lucia Wangari Gicau, and whereas the said land tittle issued earlier to the said Wamuhu Ngubio has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and 7, and issue a land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngugi Ngubio (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and no effect.
