GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5712

WHEREAS Pricila Jepkering Malel (deceased), of P.O. Box 686– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Pioneer/Langas Block 1/48, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in Eldoret, in succession cause No. 97 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Esther Chebet Malel, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by R.L. 19, and transfer by personal representative R. L. 7 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Pricila Jepkering Malel (deceased), and whereas the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in the name of Esther Chebet Malel, and upon such registration of the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Priscila Jepkering Malel (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
