REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mukundi Ngethe (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiambaa/Kanunga/154, containing 0.144 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the chief magistrates court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 80 of 2007 has issued grant of letters of administration to Teresiah Wanjiku Mukundi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mukundi Ngethe (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is hereby given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and 7 and issue land title deed to Teresiah Wanjiku Mukundi, and upon such registration of the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mukundi Ngethe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
