REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Samuel Maina (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiambu/Municipality Block 5(Kiamumbi)/133, containing 0.1030 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrates court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 171 of 2008 has issued grant of leterss of administration to (1) Grace Wangui and (2) Peter Kabue Kamau, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Samuel Maina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of of R.L. 19 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Grace Wangui and (2) Peter Kabue Kamau and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Samuel Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
