WHEREAS (1) Thomas Kinyanjui Thiga and (2) James Thiga Kinyanjui, all of P.O. Box 43561, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kisaju/1208, 1210 and 1211, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said ownership and loss, notice is given that I shall open a new land register at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received that period.
