WHEREAS (1) Anna Gacoki Guthia, (2) Joseph Kimani Thoronjo and (3) Joseph Njuguna Njuru, all of P.O. Box 44482–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Waithaka/1088, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards opened thereof have been lost and/or damaged or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection shall have been received within that period.
