WHEREAS James Nguma Makau, of P.O. Box 67235 –00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.00126 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Umoja Block 109/891/918, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards opened thereof have been lost and/or damaged or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection shall have been received within that period.
