WHEREAS Francis Njau Karugu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0800 and 1.300 hactares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, registered under title Nos. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/T. 5905 and Ruiru East/Juja East Block 11/657, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
