THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Mumbi Mwaniki, administrator of the estate of Charles Mwaniki Gachoki, of P.O. Box 1711–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12249/142, situate in the Nakuru Municipality in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 47440/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
