NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th February, 2015, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1037, in Volume DI, Folio 25/329, File No. MMXY\V, by our client, Omar Omondi Ammimo, of P.O. Box 40689— 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Omar Omondi Vincent alias Alfred Omondi Ammimo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Omar Omondi Vincent alias Alfred Omondi Ammimo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Omar Omondi Ammimo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Omar Omondi Ammimo only.
