NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya by the above named Mohamed Haji Abdi c/o Logistics Solutions Limited situated at Kwa Jomvu, Mikanjuni Road, of P.O. Box 86823-80100, Mombasa to Maina Freight ICDC Limited of plot No. M418 Nakawa, Industrial Area, of P.O. Box 36241, Kampala, and or any other interested party who has its empty container Nos. PONU 046947/8 and MRKU 824287/4 lying uncollected at his premises at Kwa Jomvi, Mikanjuni Road, within Mombasa County. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid two (2) empty containers are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other incidental costs including the costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be sold by public treaty without any further notice herein.
