NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st January, 2015, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 376, in Volume B-13, Folio 1450/8800, File No. 1637, by our client, Mohamed Saleh Aboo, formerly known as Mohamed Saleh alias Mohamed Saleh Abdulmalik, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Saleh alias Mohamed Saleh Abdulmalik and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Saleh Aboo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Saleh Aboo only.
