EXTENSION

PURSUANT to the application of the Commissioner of Insurance in exercise of his powers conferred under section 67C (3) of the Insurance Act, and to the orders of the court subsequently issued on the 22nd January, 2015, the period of statutory management was extended for a further sixt (6) months with effect from 23rd January, 2015. And take further notice in exercise of the powers conferred by section 67C (10) of the Insurance Act, the Manager extends the moratorium on payments by the said Insurer to its policyholders and all other creditors, declared on Sth July, 2014 for a period of six (6) months from 23rd January, 2015 in conformity with the statutory management period.
