REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Coran Silvia in Benvenuti and (2) Coran Paola, both of P.O. Box 586, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land known as portion No. 4409, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as L.T. Folio 455/4, File 6382 is missing and or torn, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the Folio for the purposes of the registration of a conveyance presented in the registry.
