WHEREAS (1) Michael Nyaoke and (2) John Odida Ondiek, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Muhoroni, registered under title No. Kisumu/East Sidho/2206, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
