REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dorcas Waithira Kamau (ID/1841695), of P.O. Box 293, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru/East Block 1(Githunguri)/1546, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
