REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Murithi M’Kiugu (ID/888 1230) (2) Patrick Mwiti Murithi, (3) Patrick Mwiti (minor), (4) Tonny Kimathi (minor) and (5) Sarah Rima (ID/32560561), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.687 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Kiirua/Naari/2688, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
