REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fanelli Alberto and (2) Borddoni Marina, both of P.O. Box 5026, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered owner in leasehold interest of that apartment No. G202, on parcel of land known as 1862, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of a lease certificate of title registered as C.R. 27369/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of ownership provided that no objection has been received within that period.
