THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Patrick Opiyo Odera (ID/9425409) and (2) Jacob Omondi Adero (ID/9016796), both of P.O. Box 9290, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Maseno/Township Block 1/11, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect.
