REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Miliki Limited, of P.O. Box 4, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.17 acres or thereabout, known as MN/I/1432, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a lease certificate registered as C.R. 14062/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
