REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Giraffe Investment Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 4134, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya and (2) Joe Njiri Murigu, of P.O. Box 47615— 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 11431/3, situate in the north west of Naro Moru Township in Laikipia District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as LR. 74191/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
