NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya by Jama Commercial Transporters Limited, situated along Mikanjuni Road, at Jomvu, of P.O. Box 98782–80100, Mombasa, to Antony Motheri Karanja, of P.O. Box 80976–80100, Mombasa, and or any other interested party who has its motor vehicle model ERF Prime Mover reg. No. KBM 768Q lying uncollected at its premises along Mikanjuni Road, at Jomvu within Mombasa County. Further take notice that unless the aforesaid motor vehicle is collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and other incidental costs of this publication the same shall be sold by public treaty without further notice herein.
