THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

ESTABLISHMENT

PURSUANT to section 6 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of the Land Registration Act, and further to consultations with the West Pokot County Government, the National Land Commission constitutes a Land Registration Unit in West Pokot County. The Registration Unit will serve West Pokot County and becomes operational from the date of publication of this notice hereof. Dated the 5th February, 2015. MOHAMMAD A.
