NOTICE is given pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act that a general meeting will be held at the offices of Deloitte Consulting Limited, Deloitte Place, Waiyaki Way, Muthangari, Nairobi, on Tuesday, 3rd March, 2015, at 10.00 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquadator, and also of directing by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of liqudator shall be disposed of.
