Box 82867-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of that piece of land known as 383/V/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas deed file C.R. 8729 is missing, notice is hereby given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no objection will have been received within that period, I intend to reconstruct the deed file and proceed with registration of document presented for registration thereafter.
