TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2012 By (1) Chepkuto Ruto and (2) Ambrose Chepkuto, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rutto Cheserem, who died at Kituro Location, in 1972. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2014 By Evans Ronoh, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherono Cheboiwo, who died at Koibatek Location, on 29th April, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
