TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2014 By Stephen Waswa Mahasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Mahasi Napala alias Mahasi Napala, who died at Muchi, on 18th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. 92 OF 2014 By Geoffrey Simiyu Karani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wekesa Namukana, who died at Kisawayi, on 24th August, 1976. CAUSE NO. 585 OF 2014 By Alfred Nabiswa Wasike, of P.O. Box 1809, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wasike Hezekia Murunga, who died at Kimatuni Sub-location, on 10th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
