TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 891 OF 2014 By Teborah Makungu Wendo, of P.O. Box 98, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwitserere Shisakha alias Kisakha Sitakhiza, who died at Ivonda Sub-location, on 13th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. 892 OF 2014 By (1) Saida Amunga Mutobera, (2) Issa Nyinza Mutobera and (3) Derreck Washiali Mutobera, all of P.O. Box 60, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Mutebele Esebebe, who died at Lusheya Sub- location, on 4th November, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
