CAUSE NO. 1186 OF 2014 By Alfred Okura Osano, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tertio Osano Ojiere, who died on 9th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. 1216 OF 2014 By Richard Olwande Ayombi, the deceased‘s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enoch Angira, who died at East Gem, Rumula in 1990. CAUSE NO. 1218 OF 2014 By Petronilla Okumu, (2) Fredrick Okeda Okumu, (3) Joseph Owino Okumu and (4) Francis Odialo Okumu, the deceased‘s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Okumu Awili, who died at Kisumu East District, on 21st December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
