IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 86, 88 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 16, 38 and 39 of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulations 84 (1) and (2) (c) of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012 the, Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the public that the place listed in the Seventh Column to the Schedule shall be the Tallying Centre for the above-mentioned by-election to be held on 16th March, 2015.
