IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (4) of the Constituencies Development Fund Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary for Devolution and Planning appoints— ELIAS MBAU to be the Chairperson of the Board of the Constituencies Development Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st January, 2015.
