TENDER

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is issued to the owners of the various crankshafts cylinder-heads, blocks, diff tubes, conrod arms, propeller shafts, camshafts and pistons to take delivery of the said goods within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, which currently are at the yard of Nanak Crankshaft and Grinders Limited, upon payment of the accumulated storage charges togetrher with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public action, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
