REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Robert Njuguna Njubi and (2) John Njenga Njubi, both of P.O. Box 1244-20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as LR. No. 1556/39, situate in the south east of Naivasha Town in Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 42592/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
