TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2013 By Christine Ndede Onyango, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Owiti Obambo, late of Genga Sub-location who died on 14th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2013 By Lawrence Oukoth Ogutu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Ogutu Bala alias Jeremiah Ogutu, who died on 15th December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
