TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made 1n this court in: CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2012 By Hezekiah Mwangi Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 406, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kinuthia Munuku alias Kinuthia Munuku, who died at A.LC., Githumu Hospital in Kenya, on 29th February, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
