Box 46220, Nairobi rn the Republic of Kenya, is regrstered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land contarning 41.49 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 1314514518 (ong. 13l45l2l7 ), held under a certificate of title regrstered as I.R. 99223, situate in the south of Rongai Township in Nakuru Distrrct, and whereas the said vendors have executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Rongai Housing Co-operative Society Limited, and whereas a{fidavrts have been filled in terms ofsection 65 (l) (r) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been recerved within that period, I rntend to dispense with the production of the sard certificate oftille and proceed wlth the registration ofthe said instrument. GAZETTE NorrcE No. 56 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2Ol2) REGISTRATIoN oF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Muigai Mwenda Maina (deceased), rs registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.65 hectare or thereabouts, known as Bahati/Kabatini Block l/1821, situate rn the district of Nakuru, and whereas David Njoroge Migar is the ultimate beneficiary, and whereas the said land title deed issued has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no vahd objection has been received within that penod, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the death certificate of the deceased herein and issue a new title deed to the beneficiary thereof, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
