WHEREAS Amina Haji Noor, of P.O. Box 621, Mandera in tre Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2O9|WU82, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 45676, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas the National Bank of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Amina Haji Noor, and whereas allidavits havc been filled in terms ofsection 65 (l) (h) ofthe said Act declaring that the said certihcate of title rs not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been recerved within that period, I intend to dispense with the production ofthe said certificde of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
