WHEREAS Wrllam Kipruto Kogo, of P.O. Box 220, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nandi, registered under title No. Nandi/1.{dubeneti/298, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice rs given that after the expiration of srxty
(60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provrded that no ob.;ection has been received within that period.
