TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2015
By Joseph Mutisya Muli, of P.O. Box 1070, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kawinzi Muli, who died at Kangundo Hospital in
Kenya, on 19th September, 2003.
CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2015
By Rosemary Ndunge Mutie, of P.O. Box 1578, Kangundo in
Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wlson Mutie Ndolo, late of Mananja, who died at Mananja, on 2nd September, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
