CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2014 By (1) Alice Monthe Ivulu, (2) Phelomena Syombua Kitema and (3) Daniel Muindi Kitema, all of P.O. Box 140, Kitengela in Kenya, the deceased‟s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitema Kanyota Nyumu alias Francis Kitema Nyumu, late of Namanga, who died at Namanga Sub- location, on 31st March, 2014.
