TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2015
By Symon Kipkapto Changwony, of P.O. Box 869, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased‟s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changwony Kiplagat Sirwo, who died at Saos
Location, on 19th November, 2000.
CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2015
By (1) Julius Kaplelach Lagat and (2) Samuel Lagat, both of P.O.
Box 869, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased‟s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Chemjor, who died at Kipsogon Location, on 17th November, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
